COVID-19 Protocols

Dear valued patient:

At Northwest Dental Group, I want to assure you that our office has even further heightened our already rigid sterilization safeguards and office cleaning standards to minimize the possibility of transmission to our outstanding team…or to you, our valued patient. We have always far exceeded all standards for sterilization and patient care.

Our first priority is always the health and well-being of our patients and team. And that is a priority we take extremely seriously.

In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

  • All patients upon checking in for their appointment will be asked a series of screening questions and will sign a Risk Acknowledgement form.
  • Patients will be asked to wear a cloth mask the duration of their visit while not undergoing treatment.
  • We ask that patients attend appointments by themselves and that children only have one parent with them. Others will be asked to wait for the patient in their vehicle.
  • Any patients experiencing cold symptoms, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or new changes to smell or taste should contact the office to have treatment rescheduled.
